Chernee Vitello | President

Chernee Vitello, founder of Whiting Consulting, has more than 16 years of experience in sales and recruiting for high-tech companies. She has managed in-house recruiting teams for high-tech organizations including enterprise software companies and IT professional services organizations. As both a staff recruiter and an outsourced consultant, she helped numerous technology companies meet their aggressive hiring goals in periods of rapid growth and high competition for top candidates. She has consistently won awards for exceeding recruiting goals. Chernee has a degree in marketing from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Julie Skowronek | Assistant Marketing Manager

Julie Skowronek is the Marketing Assistant for Whiting Consulting. She is a native of Schenectady, N.Y. and a recent graduate of the State University College of New York at Geneseo. She earned her B.S. in Business Administration, and also the Emerald Employee Development Leadership Certificate, while focusing her studies around marketing. Julie has been involved in sports her entire life. In 2011, she has already completed the Disney Half-Marathon and is currently training for the Hershey Half-Marathon. She is also an avid N.Y. Giants fan.

Kelly DuBois | Office & Community Manager

With Whiting Consulting for more than nine years, Kelly DuBois has more than 16 years of experience in the high-tech sector, including experience "in the trenches" as a technical writer and project manager. This experience was gained at software development companies in the digital imaging and printing, software security, software business applications, and information technology arenas. Kelly has a degree in English from the State University College of New York at Fredonia.

Shannon Myers is our Sourcing and Competitive Research Consultant. With over 10 years of successful recruiting experience, Shannon now focuses her time on sourcing candidate information for our open positions, as well as performing ongoing research in both our industry niches and client competitive research. Shannon is a sought after trainer and speaker in the recruitment industry in regard to online intelligence gathering and social media for corporate and external recruitment teams. She is passionate about online technologies and has even been given the title Grandmaster Sourcer from her sourcing peers. Shannon is originally from the Adirondack area of New York State and has a degree in fine arts from Purchase College, State University of New York.
