Front End Developer (New York, NY)
Whiting Consulting is in search of a front end developer to join our clients team in the NYC area.
The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable wearing many hats, to join their team and help build the initial version of the product. All aspects of the product require effort, from basic architecture, all the way to deployment and maintenance. Database design, testing methodology, user experience and data visualization are all skills that will be taken advantage of in this process.
Our client is building the platform on a software stack consisting of Python / Django on the back-end, and AngularJS and jQuery on the front-end. Experience in these technologies is desired, but not mandatory, if the applicant can show a history of building high quality Web applications using other technologies, and an ability to learn quickly.
