Director Global Technical Support (NYC or Boston)

We are currently seeking an experienced Director of Global Technical Support to manage 24x7 customer support operations for our groundbreaking products. Our customer base in financial services, insurance, petroleum exploration, telecommunications, and other verticals demands the very best support for their mission critical applications that utilize our application virtualization frameworks.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will have demonstrated success managing a technical support team for a global middleware ISV.
  • 10+ years experience supporting or developing enterprise software.
  • 3+ years experience managing technical support teams in multiple locations across the Americas, Asia, and Europe.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with a customer satisfaction focus, and you have previously succeeded in improving technical support systems and processes.
  • BS computer science preferred or BS + equivalent experience in computer programming or systems administration

Required Education:Bachelor's Degree
